2x (600 @ 3k Pace - 300 @ Mile Pace - 500 @ Slighty faster than 3k Pace - 200 @ 1k pace) with 2 min rest between each rep, 4 min between sets. Then 2 x 150 hard with full recover

I felt good, until the second set, then my legs started to die. The 150s were fun, but i feel as iff I got slower.
