Dr. Hoimes wasn't in the office this morning so I decided to just hit up legs so I can go home early later on.
successfully hit 4x8 with 250lbs on the squat. i think my CNS is still shot from deadlifting on monday. grip strength really wasnt 100%, and i cuold feel it unracking the bar. weight felt heavy as fuck but i pushed through it. i think i will do 4x8 again, maybe even 5x8 next time. yeah, 5x8.
did some stiff leg deadlifts from a deficit today, stood on a 45lb red bumper plate. that elevated it by a lot. pulled 185lbs like for 3x8. then a set of 135 for 10. then hit the hamstring curl with 95lbs, 3x12ish. my hammies are pretty sore right nwo so it was successful. front squats. like 3x8 w/ 155lbs, heel elevated on 25lb plates. good shit, 155 feeling easier, like 135 used to feel on front squat
