Comments:
2M warm-up, 1M cool-down.
10x400m @ Rpace (71-73) w/ 400m (2-2:10) recovery.
It was just Mike and me and we switched the lead every rep, starting with me. splits were: 70,74,73,72,72,72,71,71,69,69. I started us off too quick but then we settled down and it was a good workout. It was tough but it felt good and I wasn't maxed out.
