from House 2 -> Euclid -> Cornell -> Circle -> Adelbert -> up Cedar -> Harcourt -> NP -> hit the trails until the 5 way intersection -> to Lee on NP (4.1 miles) -> turned around back to the house (2.1) -> hot dogs and chilling -> last 1.8 miles back to House 2 w/ Cromer

next 2.1 in 10:20 - 6:56's
last 1.8 in 13:41 - 7:36's

hit the trails to slow it down a bit and felt great to slow it down w/ Cromer.

Wednesday (9) = 3 mi wu, Meadow hills, probably a quarter mile loop I mapped (shorter gradual hill, back down, shorter steep hill, back down) x 12ish, 3 mi cd
Thursday (7) = running the Metroparks w/ whoever goes to Farkas's for dinner
Friday (9) = 2mi wu , 5 mile tempo @ 6:00's, 2 mi cd
Saturday (7) = 50 for the week, finally hitting weekly mileage goal.
