Weather: not nearly as cold as expected

Comments:
7x800m @ Ipace (76) w/ 400m jog recovery. With Mike, Aaron and Jon!

Felt pretty crapping during the warm-up but it got better once the intervals started and after a few I was feeling good. splits were: 2:33,2:31,2:29,2:28,2:27,2:27,2:31.
I was on pace for through 600m on the last rep but I was spent and sort of wussed out and ran 40 for the last 200m. Overall, I'm happy as this was faster than the other week.
