Weather: 45 warmer

1:30p; River bikepath trails. my body knows it's getting to 60+ mileage that's been at a good pace, and apparently the 17 seconds extra of hill sprinting makes a difference because I don't remember feeling this sore the day after last week's hill sprints. so today was slower than what has somehow become my new normal, but it's a good thing pace doesn't matter :)
