4:30p; standard Thursday overdistance strong run, went down on the river bikepath. going out is always rougher because I think "how am I gonna hold this pace as I'm getting further away from home," but turning around usually makes the second half better. out in just a bit under 6:10s, back in just a bit over 5:50s. cooled down coming out of the valley.
