Aching arches

Comments:
all began well during an intended 60 minute at steady state workout. On mile 3 I felt a stabbing pain in my arches and the balls of my feet. I suspect my running shoes are spent, knew ones are in the mail, an easy fix.
hungry for redemption and looking forward to warrior workout friday.
