Weather: COLD, 30 degrees

Comments:
On the track at 6am with Aaron. Did 8x400m @ Rpace w/ 400m jog recovery. Felt better than expected, but the cold didn't help out with the times. ran: 72,72,70,71,70,71,69,68. Overall, happy with the effort even though I should be much faster. Hip is still painful, but much more painful at 7-8 minute pace than 5 minute. Just need to get through the weekend and then I can rehab it.
