Wanted to get in a longer "tempo" run at what I'm hoping is race pace at the 'Maker next weekend. Went pretty well, covered 5 miles in 7:06's, probably want to be about 5-10 seconds slower/mile on race day, at least through the hill at the 10K. Overall, very happy with how it went though, I was tired at the end, but certainly not wiped out, could have gone another couple miles without too much trouble, and then had a gut-check time with 1-2 miles to go.
