Comments:
Breakfast= bacon and egg sandwich with chocolate milk
Lunch= Nothing
Dinner= rice with curry
Also had nutrainment and ensure to drink
Had a forty minute run, and I felt very good. I do not feel sore at all.
Went to bed at 11:30 and woke up at 8:00.
