Mid Distance Workout

I was scared and anxious for the workout, like usual. I don't typically do well on workouts by myself, plus I hate my home track. I did a 5 minute warm up to the school, did my drills there. Then warmed up to the track which is on the other side of town just exactly a 15:00 minute run from the school. I had to jump the fence to get on the track, because my town didn't open the track. Did 1 or 2 stride outs and started my workout. I felt really good for the workout. I am really happy with my times, that I was able to hit it. I focused more on running hard rather than pacing. I had some fun on the 200's.
