Biked in the Basement again. Woke up super late today, about 12 hours of sleep. This is happening a bit too much for my tastes, since I like doing things during the day. Doing better about doing the essentials though, even if I'm not running at the moment. Feeling better though, so hopefully I can get something in tomorrow.
