Felt pretty good today when running. Elijah and I both ran the 1600 and 3200 in 2x relays. I ran the 1600 in 5:09 which I was happy with, and then after what seemed like a much too small break, I ran the 3200 in 11:32 which is almost a pr so I was happy with that too. I didn't feel all that tired when I ran actually, I just kinda went with it, with the 200m track it feels like you're actually making progress. Came in 9th in the mile and 12th in the 2 mile out of 18 in both I believe. We got 4th in the 1600 and 3rd in the 3200. I ran a lap cooldown after.
