Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I ran down Gander today and then through the back neighborhood. I felt really good the whole time! I was a little sore at first but worked it out. I tried running on my toes instead of heel striking for intervals that made up about half of the run. It made my calves really tired, but when I switched back to the way I normally run I felt SO heavy. I'm going to practice that some more I think.
