Comments:
I missed 3 days this week. The next two days need to be good. Thinking about a long run tomorrow and then a recovery day for Saturday!
Todays run was ok. I already decided early today I wasn't going to run. But the weather was nice And I couldn't miss three days in a row. My right knee hurt a little, stretched and did sit up and push up!
