Comments:
Played tetherball for an hour, and frisbee for half hour. I guess that is worth reporting as exercise. No pain whatsoever, could almost bend leg with quad stretch without IT band being tight. Almost no pain while going down and up stairs. Stretched three times today, IT band felt better after stretch.
