Comments:
today and tomorrow I am unable to do anything. Monday and Tuesday my max is forty, if that feels good I have the green light to go farther, but the pace still needs to be light, which will be fine because of the plan that you have made for me. The next two weeks I can go up two days in a row, but then need to come back down the third day.
