Comments:
Despite a lack luster start, I was able to finish the week strong with 3 consecutive days. Ending today with a 18:53 5k. I hadn't really been in under 20 lately so I gave it a go! The last mile was tough, pace slowed a bit especially the last half mile. 9:30 at the 1.55 mark was about 6 seconds faster on the way back!
