Comments:
I ran a great hill workout at fdr with Veeral. Ran exceptionally well, stayed with Veeral on all the uphills and downhills, but my recovery jog was slower than his. Did 4 hills overall, with 2 short hills sprints between each. Overall a great workout. Ate well and 8 hours of sleep.
