Went to Clinton today. Jack told us to run 4 100s around 3:25. Dakota and I screwed that up pretty bad. I ran the first one in 3:16. Then the next one in 3:29. Then the 3rd one in 3:49, he was similar but a few seconds faster on each one. For the fourth one were so dead, we forgot about the time and just jogged the turns and sped up to a slow sprint for the straightaways. Then we ran a 2 lap cooldown. Each had a 2:30 break in between except before the last one it was 3:30
