I went to the Y, no actual practice today. I ran a warm-up, then did 2 miles at 8.5mph .5escalation and then I had a sharp pain in my right abdomen area so I stopped for about 3 minutes and walked. Then I ran another .9 at 9mph 1esc because I forgot I still had .1 left. Then I did .25 more 20 seconds later at 9.5 mph to make up for it.
