Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
Did complete set of ankle weights today, 3 sets of each exercise, and every exercise that I have normally done the past couple months. No pain or discomfort, didn't feel easy, but didn't feel too hard either. Leg lifting ones while on back, with foot tilted outward felt a little too hard, so only did 2 and 2/3 sets of those.
