Comments:
Military to Nelly Custis to Lorcom to Lyon Village, left on Lee highway, up Highland street, across Key Boulevard, onto Wilson through Clarendon and back home via Quincy/military and 31st, which is technically a new route, but not that exciting. It was an uncomfortable run, because I had the wind blowing in my face for the whole second half and my GDXC hat just decided to stop keeping my head warm. I moved along at a pace rather slower than usual, which follows, I suppose. I had a few bites of an apple, did eight striders, 2:45 planks, 25 plank leg lifts per position, A-skips, B-skips, high-knees, butt-kicks, fast-leg(s), 50 lunges and 20 pushups. I encountered a few stoplights and busy intersections, so took that into account.
