It felt good to run fast again. Semi fast... I'm pretty out of shape I think. We did 4 200s on the indoor track at goal race pace (2:30, :37ish per 200). Juliana and I hit :39, :38, :35, and then a fast last 200 but I don't know what the pace was. Those felt awesome. I forgot how to move fast though so it was a little rough at first.
