Comments:
12x200 on the Mayfield hill. It was kind of slushy and slippery halfway up but we managed. I really like hill workouts. It was rough though. I had to sit out for two in the middle because I felt sick but then I made them up at the end..not too happy with myself about that but oh well, I'll do better next time.
