Meadow hills

3 mile wu 20:23 (6:47's) includes an easy meadow hill loop.

12 x .25 mile loop that includes the gradual and steep hill - from 1:54 to 2:14 per loop. 27:17 - 9:05's

1.2 miles back to house 2 cooldown. 8:31 - 7:05's

Really hot and dehydrated but glad I finished 12 loops. Thought about resting after 6, but I knew I wouldn't start again; thought about being done at 8 or 10 but just kept going. Didn't cooldown the planned 3 because I was running late (no pun intended) to an Indians game. So an extra mile Thursday and Saturday should do it for the week.
