Elliptical Workout

Exercise Type: Elliptical

Comments:
Went really hard on elliptical. Did 5 minute warm up, then 27 minutes of really fast pace, mostly on low resistance (5) but sometimes on 6 as well. Was basically like a fartlek, with some short rest periods every 5 minutes or so of hard training. Was really hot during it, breathing very hard the whole time, but no pain.
