Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Swam for 2 minutes, then tread water for 15 minutes straight with no breaks. Finished with 3 minutes swimming at end. A decent workout, but a little too easy, so I think I will have to carry weights/strap them to me next time. No pain or discomfort.
