Weather: Freezing, windy, uncomfortable

Comments:
I had to dash off to lab band, so was forced to cut it short today, while Sam, Josh, Gabe and Jackson went on to do 5.5. We did some weak strength work, 45 second planks and 10 plank leg lifts per position. I log this a day later, after an exhausting day at Model UN and a nap that has only made me feel more drowsy. My hamstrings and shoulder blades have never been so sore.
