felt shitty all day didnt eat besides pita chips and some choco berries throughout a little the day. anyways went all over the place for this run, albeit pretty slow still proud i handled it well. felt in a good groove, wasnt out of breath at the end of anything just tired in general. pushups and situps afterwards.
