spun again today for the workout. i got out of lab at 4:00, and knew everyone was going to be doing their thing whenever they wanted to so i just headed down and did my thing by myself too. i tried to put a lot more effort into it than the tempo last week, and was very tired by the end. 3 by 10:00 to simulate 2 miles, and i just did 2:00 rest. lifted with tim. i should probably do some not biking this week, haha.
