Right before lunch my best friend texted me and said he deadlifted 365. Of course I had to beat him.

1x385!!! This was my previous PR from about 1.5 years ago. So stoked to hit it again. Haven't done anything but kettlebells and run since the start of the year.

Afterwards did some double kb clean and press, double snatch, alternating floor presses (all at 40#), dips, farmer carries, and hand-to-hands. Rewarded my PR with not running cuz now my back is sore. Looking to do back to back long this weekend.
