Tried out interval training after reading about it in Runner's World (I'm buying a subscription soon). It was alright, I only did it for twenty minutes then every time I sprinted my legs felt unstable but not tired, it was odd. So instead of falling in front of the kid's soccer team, I jogged a half mile then came home and did a mini ab-workout. Distance unknown (2+), time unknown (30+).
