Comments:
Haven't gone running in a little while from a combo of weather (snow/ice), being sick and wedding stuff right after school. Today I made sure I started up again. Started off at 7:45 pace and ended at 7:03 pace (only for a few minutes). Felt pretty good. Walked a quarter mile afterwards as a cooldown.
