Trying to put a long run right after a yesterdays hard workout wasn't a very good idea. Well maybe it was but I feel like I failed. The first 4.25miles where easy around 8mins per mile then about a 5 min rest with bathroom break and some stretching. The second half of the run started about the same as the first, easy 8 min mile pace. But with two miles to go in the 8.5mile workout and I broke down. cramps and side stich galore. I was dehydrated, male nourished and tired from yesterday. Now lets spend today eating, drinking and resting and get back at this shit. 12days left need to have some hard workouts while keeping legs rested and fresh!
