Comments:
Ran in the afternoon at home. Was going pretty decent, as it felt quicker than yesterday. I did this loop a week or so ago and this was def faster. When I got back, I decided to go 40:00, so I added on in my apt development. It was my longest run in a while, which was good. Tomorrow if I run, I will go shorter and slower. Overall, I felt really good.
