Sore, but Still Feeling Pretty Good

Comments:
Today we did a warm up of around a mile and did some field drills (things like running backwards and stuff). After that, Rusty and a few other people went on an after practice run. I'm not really sure of the times, so I just put what it felt like.

I'm excited for the run tonight. It's at Camel's Back park and it's at 10 o' clock because of the full moon. And we're going for pie afterwards (that's the best part).
