Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I took the past two days off. I really needed it. I have been tired and sore and dehydrated and not eating enough calories. Only 10 days left until the GDC its time get race ready.
Todays run was an easier 10k with increase tempo for the last half of the run. I had just started a two mile cool down when it started to rain. So I just cut the cool down out!
