Exercise Type: Run

Outside tempo on the normal 5 mile loop. Mixed conditions of snowy/clear roads so it was a bit slow going. Really needed a pit stop at the end so that slowed me down too. The last mile was slow not because of fatigue but because of road conditions and a desire to pit stop. This tempo actually felt fairly easy in terms of effort.
