Not my best workout of the season but probably my most painful. Glad I could still hang on to JK throughout all the suffering.

I came into this workout a little cranky because I thought my new NB 890V3 shoes would be delivered by today. My old shoes have been around since August and I'm taking a dangerous risk in running in them.
