Big Decision

Exercise Type: Run

Went out for a 6 and only made it 3. I am in too much pain to hit the mileage and do the training I need to run a good Boston. I am delaying Boston by a year or two so that I can be ready. Hernia surgery is scheduled for Feb. 28 so I will be back running by April 1 at the latest. Likely a half marathon (maybe Cleveland) before the summer and then a TBD marathon in the fall. Very disappointed to need to take a break, but this is best to meet long term goals.
