Comments:
Overall took the day off from exercise. Did 10 minutes of yoga, then normal stretching. No pain anytime. Did 30 pushups. Although not related to exercise, went into appointment with podiatrist. Found out I have underpronation problem, not quite supination, but not enough ankle pronation. My feet are probably done growing, so he recommended custom orthotics (there are no over the counter orthotics meant for underpronators) He said the shoes I have right now are good cushion shoes for my problem.
