Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Went out to the quarry acres loop to run 8 miles at steady state. I was trying to approach 6:10 a mile but ended up running significantly slower, to my disappointment. Sped up during miles 6 and 7 due to spontaneous rushes of adrenaline, and died on the eight. the run was sore and painful throughout.
