Weather: storming, nice

from House 2 through campus up Cedar hill, took Cedar to Brockway Rd. then turned around. ended up being exactly 8 miles.

out in 28:23 - 7:06's, back in 26:30 - 6:38's.

hips and backside sore from hills yesterday, but felt better throughout the run... its all good.
