Comments:
Ran the two mile loop at fdr 5 times!!! Felt so good I surprised myself by going much longer than usual. Ran with Veeral the first 4 miles then died. Looking forward to another shot at the 8 miles at 6:10 pace in quarry acres.
Felt very tired the rest of the day
