Comments:
ran a short tempo in the morning on mlk. still pretty icy, so despite trying to go fast, we only managed about 5:30 pace. definitely got tired toward the end. then jogged back to veale, did 4x400 w/ 2 over hurdles, 75, 73, 73, 71. and two more miles for cooldown.

hurdles felt good, pretty smooth.

stretched, then came back later in the day and lifted.
