Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Tired from my last two workouts and contemplated weather to run, despite being tired and sore after getting high it was clear that it was time to go for a run. What else am I going to do? Sit around and smoke cigarettes all night.
Warm up - hard to 1.5 then a cooldown of 4 miles. The important part of the workout is to go into oxygen debt early and then work on good form and breathing in the cooldown.
Abs hurt after yesterdays mini pull-up thing at the park. I guess those few reps really get the job down if you use a chin up bar to do abs. So I came back tonight and did sit ups!
