Biking, jump rope and lateral jump

Jump rope 13 min
Double legs 5 min, Appx * 150
Stretch 1 min
Single leg * 30, then * 40, then * 45 on each side
Stretch 2 min

Lateral jump * 12 on each side

Jumping rope definitely help increasing the strength of leg muscles. I could feel each leg's limit is 30 times, when I jumped more than 30 times, I stepped on the rope a lot. I think the program I designed helps increasing the maximum strength of leg muscles.
