Comments:
We had our first 4:15 practice, but I had found my asics shorts and it was warm enough to wear my new nike shirt, so I was in a good mood, even though we didn't do a workout. Satellite loop (over which there is ALWAYS conflict in terms of the correct directions) followed by 10 100m striders at Ft. Reno, which felt great for me.I never felt like I was working very hard, save on the 8th one. 2 minute planks at Ft. Reno, a stretch on the field and 15 leg lifts. 20 pushups at home.
